We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator who brings exceptional organization, technical skills, and a service-first mindset to one of the most important functions in our organization. In this role, you will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time and assist with other HR tasks while providing responsive, knowledgeable support to team members across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs office and will require full-time attendance in the office for the first six months for training and evaluation. After the initial training period, this position may be considered for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days in the office.
