The Payroll Coordinator is a centralized role responsible for accurately entering and maintaining employee schedules and payroll data to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and will work with nurse leaders to ensure that pay codes and differentials are applied according to organizational policy. This role will support unit nurse leaders to ensure accurate schedules, roles, and pay differentials are entered. This role will support multiple departments within inpatient nursing. Provide reports and data mining as assigned on department specific benchmarks.
