Greenwich House is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and service-focused Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role assists with accurate and timely payroll processing for Greenwich House employees while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, collective bargaining agreements, and federal, state, and local wage and labor regulations. The Payroll Coordinator maintains employee payroll records, assists with audits, reconciles payroll and timekeeping data, and provides exceptional service to staff by responding to payroll-related inquiries. The role will work closely with the Payroll Manager, Human Resources, Finance, and departmental supervisors to ensure reliable, timely, and efficient payroll processes. Initially, on-site presence will be required for 4 to 6 weeks for in-depth training. Following this, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.
