About The Position

At Auto-Wares, we work diligently to ensure that we provide our customers with the parts and solutions that keep them moving. Through this role, you will become an integral part of accomplishing this goal. We have 2500+ employees with a biweekly pay cycle.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Paycom or similar cloud-based HR/payroll software.
• Proficient in Excel with XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• 1 to 3 years of general clerical, accounting, or payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and confidentiality with sensitive employee data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to support internal staff

Nice To Haves

• associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold our company values being people focused, reliable, and driven with every daily task.
• Enter, review, and process bi-weekly payroll cycles using Paycom time-and-attendance and payroll modules.
• Calculate and pay out bonuses for store personnel, managers, and more.
• Maintain updated employee profiles in Paycom, such as department changes, position updates, and terminations.
• Generate standard and custom payroll reports out of Paycom.
• Audit essential timekeeping responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, work classification audit, missing punches audit, and more.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding paychecks, deductions, direct deposits, and portal access in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Payroll and HR teams to ensure a successful payroll.
