We’re looking for a Payroll, Benefits & Employee Experience Administrator to join our dynamic Employee Experience team. In this role, you'll make sure our team members are paid accurately and on time, while also helping with a variety of HR support tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for payroll processing, timecards, T4s & ROES, data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and solving those “Hey, can you help me with this?” moments. Your attention to detail and approachable vibe will make a big impact. The Payroll, Benefits & Employee Experience Administrator will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, benefits, savings plan, staff accommodation, human resources, and related services, including providing various reports, responding to inquiries, calculating payments, and investigating discrepancies and other administrative duties.
