Scope The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration of payroll, employee benefits and associated HRIS functions within payroll, benefits and timekeeping. This role serves as a subject matter expert ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliant benefits administration, and optimized system performance. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator partners closely with HR and Finance to maintain regulatory compliance, enhance system efficiencies, safeguard data integrity and deliver a seamless employee experience. This position plays a critical role in process improvement, reporting and analytics, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
