We are seeking a forward-thinking Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This role is an opportunity to leverage technology, including AI-powered tools, to modernize payroll and benefits operations. The position involves working at the intersection of people, data, and process within a mission-driven team. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role collaborates with HR, Finance, and department managers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience in payroll, benefits, onboarding, and recordkeeping.
