This position is responsible for maintaining and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis. It also involves administering benefit enrollments, communicating with employees regarding their benefits, and maintaining vendor relationships. The role requires ensuring data integrity within the HRIS system and collaborating with the HRIS vendor for support. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for mandated reporting, responding to employee and leadership inquiries, and creating training materials. The position also involves managing employee leave of absence planning and administering the Variable Pay Program.
