Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
Experience: 1+ years of payroll processing experience
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for entire company.
Entry and management of legal garnishments.
Complete employee status changes related to payroll/job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems.
Prepare the benefits reconciliation and updates as appropriate.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases.
Reconcile packing slips to received items and invoices.
Entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system.
Update/Add job bid items in the field ticketing system and update tax rates as appropriate
Entry of new hire/safety training tickets in field ticketing system.
