Key responsibilities include employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, managing leaves of absence, workers' compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, new hire orientation, terminations, and participating in unemployment claims. The Payroll and HR Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting employee relations and supporting organizational goals.
