Our Winnipeg facility located in the Fort Garry Industrial Park has an opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our small yet mighty HR team. This is ideal for a candidate who has 1 to 2 years’ experience in Payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees who is seeking a move with more responsibility and challenges. The potential for this role is only limited to the candidate and their desire to learn and grow. The Payroll & Benefits coordinator will be directly responsible for payroll and benefits administration, attendance tracking and maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and front-line queries. Additional tasks to support the team will also include training, company social activities, health and safety, workers’ compensation and other projects in HR.
