About The Position

Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) is an entertainment and hospitality consulting group with over 50 clients, including all of the Live! districts in numerous markets such as: Baltimore (Power Plant Live!), Philadelphia (XFINITY Live!), Louisville (Fourth Street Live!), St. Louis (Ballpark Village), Kansas City (Power & Light District), and more. We consult in design, marketing, accounting, brand development and restaurant operations. Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter
• Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines
• Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have Basic mathematical skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro
• Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
