Processes payroll and all related journal entries efficiently and on a timely basis. Payroll is processed on a semi-monthly basis. Supports the Human Resources Administrator and Chief Accounting Officer with miscellaneous administrative matters as needed such as setting up travel arrangements for off-island training, reviewing employee expense reports for reimbursement, administering employee benefits, as well as preparation of reports for federal and state regulatory agencies and other entities as needed.
