This role ensures the organization is prepared to adopt, operate, and sustain change driven by new initiatives, systems, processes, or regulatory requirements. The Project Analyst serves as a critical link between project delivery and business adoption, ensuring operational readiness from go‑live through stabilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five to eight years of related experience
  • Strong functional and end‑to‑end testing skills
  • Great organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable owning defects, issues, and seeing them through to resolution
  • Demonstrated project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of related experience preferred
  • Credit Card Lifecycle experience
  • Familiarity with systems like ICS, Casper, ACAPS, RCA/PRCA, PCSP, KYC and Digital Wallets
  • Jira and PractiTest experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Defining test strategies and building functional and regression test cases
  • Creating readiness plans, dashboards, and production validation test plans
  • Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies (upstream and downstream) and helping drive solutions
  • Giving leaders clear visibility into readiness, risks, and go‑live decisions
  • Supporting post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement
