In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting the payment services our members rely on every day while helping ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in electronic payments, fraud prevention, and financial operations while collaborating with team members across the organization to create outstanding member experiences.

Requirements

• One to three years of related financial services, operations, payment processing, or administrative experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the aptitude to learn new technologies and payment platforms.
• A collaborative mindset balanced with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Processing payment-related services such as debit card troubleshooting, wire transfers, EFT originations, dispute processing, instant payment services, and fraud monitoring activities.
• Maintaining and updating payment-related systems and services, including account setup, access changes, and service maintenance.
• Assisting members and employees with payment-related inquiries through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, text, and other digital platforms.
• Researching and resolving issues while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Conducting quality reviews of payment-related transactions and documentation to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
• Supporting departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts designed to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
