About The Position

As a Payment Services Representative II, you’ll be responsible for a variety of critical payment processes including ACH transactions, wire transfers, mobile check deposits, and other check processing. You’ll play a key role in assisting internal team members with any payment processing related inquiries, monitoring transactions for fraud, balancing the Federal Reserve Bank Account to the General Ledger daily, and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 10-key calculator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to demonstrate the legal right to work in the US.
• Must pass a background screening.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience with Corelation Keystone Software.
• Prior experience with FedLine Software.
• Prior experience with Mobile Check Deposit Software.
• Prior experience with ACH Processing Software.
• Prior experience with ACH and Check Fraud Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily ACH transactions, wire transfers, mobile check deposits, and other check processing.
• Assist internal team members with payment processing related inquiries.
• Monitor transactions for fraud.
• Balance the Federal Reserve Bank Account to the General Ledger daily.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.
