Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity to join our Payment Services team as a Payment Services Specialist! This role serves as the primary program lead for assigned Payment Services customers, owning the end-to-end customer experience from implementation through ongoing delivery. The specialist will act as the central point of contact for all payment-related inquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring timely, high-quality support. Key responsibilities include leading customer engagement through recurring performance reviews, delivering insights on service performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and owning and communicating the narrative of service delivery. The role involves partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment, processing, and funding-related challenges, advocating for customers while maintaining program integrity, and driving continuous improvement by identifying trends, documenting pain points, and coordinating solutions.
