About The Position

State Street is seeking an experienced payments business analyst and control specialist to lead business delivery of its Payment Anomaly Detection capability. During implementation, this role will own business requirements, rule and process design, data validation, user-story development, testing, governance, and operational readiness. After go-live, it will transition into a senior operations leadership role overseeing the capability, business-owned rule management and governance, performance, issue resolution, control effectiveness, and ongoing enhancement. The capability is intended to identify unusual payments while protecting straight-through processing and payment cut-offs. The role will help ensure that rules are explainable, tested, governed, and supported by an effective exception-management operating model, as part of State Street’s Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs. State Street describes itself as a global custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company serving institutional clients. It emphasizes an inclusive work environment, development opportunities, educational support, flexible work arrangements, community engagement, and equal opportunity in employment.
