State Street•Quincy, MA
•$110,000 - $188,750

About The Position

The Payment Business Risk and Resilience Lead provides senior business leadership for State Street’s Payments Risk and Resiliency Programs, spanning payment anomaly detection, end-to-end payment traceability, and SWIFT resiliency. The role connects the three workstreams through integrated governance, alignment of business and technology delivery, management of interdependencies, and disciplined execution. It also leads the transition from project implementation to a sustainable business-as-usual operating model and assumes ongoing ownership and daily management of the capabilities to support their effectiveness and delivery of business outcomes. The position owns the integrated business delivery plan, scope, roadmap, governance, and executive reporting. It translates programme requirements into prioritized and measurable deliverables, directs business analysis, oversees anomaly detection and payment traceability implementations, and coordinates SWIFT resilience planning. The role establishes the anomaly detection target operating model—including resourcing, training, procedures, service measures, controls, and transition to BAU—while managing risks, funding and resource dependencies, and representing the programme in senior forums.
