Requirements
- 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset
- 3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs
- 5+ years of RCM leadership experience
- Offshore vendor management experience preferred
- 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience
Nice To Haves
- Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred
- Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus
