Requirements

5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset.
3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs.
5+ years of RCM leadership experience
3+ years of data analytics and automation experience

Nice To Haves

Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred
Offshore vendor management experience preferred
Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
