About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Payables Receivables Associate to help support its dealerships with various accounting-related tasks. The role involves inventory processing, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, banking activities, internal invoicing, dealership communications, and data entry.

Requirements

Be diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
Have accounts receivable experience.
Have bank reconciliation experience.
Have intermediate computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Have accuracy with a 10-key keypad and typing skills.
Be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and organize a schedule effectively.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and demands.
May need to hold up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems such as IDS, ADP, or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

Stock in new inventory.
Enter general ledger entries.
Enter accounts receivable invoices.
Make bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations.
Issue internal invoices.
Communicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updates.
Perform data entry.
