About The Position

Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters is seeking an experienced Paver Installer / Concrete Technician to join its team in Hastings, Florida. This hands-on role works on outdoor projects for residential and commercial customers, installing pavers, concrete, and other hardscape features. The position requires preparing and grading base materials, accurately installing pavers, pouring and finishing concrete, using tools and equipment, following plans and instructions, and keeping the job site safe and organized. Work takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

Prior experience in paver installation, concrete work, or hardscaping; the posting specifies that applicants must be experienced.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hastings, Florida.
Team-oriented attitude and ability to take direction and work independently.

Responsibilities

Install pavers, concrete, and hardscape features for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare and grade base materials, including gravel, sand, and compacted sub-base layers.
Cut, lay, and level pavers to ensure precise alignment and proper drainage.
Pour, finish, and cure concrete slabs, walkways, driveways, and patios.
Operate hand tools and power equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and levels.
Follow project blueprints, site plans, and supervisor instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
