Our work environment includes: Career Growth Benefits On-the-job paid training Growth opportunities Patrol Solutions - Patrol Security Officer Armed Pay: Starting pay $20.50 - $21.00 per hour depending on licensing and permits at the time of hire. Shifts: Thursday - Friday 2300-0600 (7 hour shift each day) & Sunday 2300-0700 (8 hour shift) Multiple sites, you must be able to reliably commute to Inglewood and Pico Rivera. Thursday & Friday is in Inglewood & Sunday is in Pico Rivera. 22 hours weekly guaranteed, with the ability to pick up extra shifts! Requirements

Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearm License.
Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit
Must possess your own physical Baton
Must possess a current OC / Pepper Spray Certification and canisters
Must possess a current CPR / First Aid Certification
Must own all of your own firearm and gear, the company will not be providing them for you.
Must have a CLEAN Drivers record for the past three years.
Must have reliable transportation.
Previous armed security experience
Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Ability to write and understand English
Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
Reliable transportation
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone
Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
Protect our organization’s facilities.
Patrolling our facilities and detecting unauthorized activities.
Maintaining an awareness of the environment and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
Responding to emergency situations and emergency calls.
