Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Nice To Haves

• Dental experience is a plus, but not required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and help patients schedule appointments
• Maintain an efficient and organized schedule
• Help patients understand treatment, insurance, and financial options
• Coordinate with clinical team members to support patient care
• Follow up with patients and help keep treatment plans on track
• Deliver an exceptional experience at every interaction
