This role involves managing patient check-in and check-out, advising patients on payment options, collecting co-payments, maintaining patient flow, scheduling appointments, assisting with insurance questions, making financial arrangements, answering phones, preparing daily reports and deposits, checking for outstanding balances, verifying fee tickets, pulling charts, participating in quality improvement activities, assisting with patient communications, and maintaining the lobby appearance.
