About The Position
Healthcare Network (HCN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving as a medical home for patients from birth through geriatric age. HCN provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services through board-certified physicians and evidence-based practices, with the goal of ensuring quality care regardless of patients’ insurance or income status. HCN is hiring a part-time Patient Services Representative for its Behavioral Health office in Naples, Florida. Candidates must complete pre-employment processing, including a Level 2 AHCA screening, a urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations. Bilingual candidates are preferred because the majority of patients speak a first language other than English.
