About The Position
The Patient Services Representative supports pulmonary specialist patient services at UT Health Tyler in Tyler, Texas. This is a full-time, day-shift position. Duties include patient check-in and checkout, appointment scheduling, document scanning and filing, insurance verification, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, charge posting, faxing medical-record requests, and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Two years of recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
