About The Position

The Patient Services Representative is a full-time, day-shift role at the Elliott Clinic in Pryor, Oklahoma. Responsibilities

• Help ensure patient flow and the availability and completeness of medical records.
• Schedule physician or provider appointments and maintain appointment schedules.
• Greet patients and visitors, determine their needs, and assist them promptly and courteously.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and in a customer-friendly manner.
• Collect and verify accurate patient information and enter it into the registration system.
• Receive payments for services and correctly complete charge slips for data entry.
• Perform duties as required or assigned as a team player to provide quality patient care.
• Uphold Hillcrest Healthcare System policies and procedures.
• Perform customer service, insurance verification, registration, payment collection, data entry, and referral tasks.
