This role is for a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in a fast-paced Acute Care setting in Riverview, FL. It is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving patient satisfaction, elevating food service operations, and impacting the patient experience.

Requirements

Associate degree + 1 year of relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree in food service, nutrition, or related field
At least 1 year of food service management experience (acute care highly preferred)
Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, EMRs, and diet office systems

Nice To Haves

CDM, DTR, or RD preferred (strong plus)
ServSafe® certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

Set the tone for excellence by leading and executing patient dining programs aligned with clinical needs and patient populations
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing patient services team
Ensure all meals meet dietary restrictions and patient preferences—without compromising quality
Drive patient satisfaction scores and create a service-first culture
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and patient rights policies
Lead or support quality improvement initiatives, department meetings, and patient experience programs
