About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to support USC Arcadia Hospital, a 348-bed acute care hospital with a busy Emergency Department. The patient food service operation serves approximately 175–240 patient trays per meal and plays a critical role in overall patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead patient-centered food service operations in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare environment.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service operations
Success managing high-volume patient meal service programs
Strong focus on patient experience, quality, and service recovery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years minimum management experience
2 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Healthcare food service experience preferred
