Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Nice To Haves

Registered Dietitian (RD), CDM, or Nutrition degree preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate, develop, and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals
Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and effective service recovery
Collaborate closely with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience
Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy
Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and successfully lead through regulatory and compliance inspections
