About The Position

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support patients, providers, and insurers and help ensure a seamless care journey. The role manages administrative and communication processes, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, physician referrals, scheduling, payment reconciliation, and patient collections. This is a full-time float position serving four clinics in the Racine area, all within 15–20 minutes of one another. The schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week, with availability needed Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Solutions describes itself as a clinician-founded, mission-driven physical therapy practice focused on expanding access to care. Requirements

High school diploma or GED at minimum; submission of documentation for the highest level of education obtained is required.
1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
Availability for five 8-hour shifts per week within the stated operating hours, Monday through Friday.
Ability to float among four clinics in the Racine area, located within 15–20 minutes of one another.

Responsibilities

Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management.
Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
Collect over-the-counter payments and reconcile charges weekly and monthly.
Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
