About The Position
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to serve as a link between patients, providers, and insurers, helping make the care journey seamless, efficient, and supportive. The role manages administrative and communication processes that help patients access care, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, physician referrals, and scheduling. The position is part of a clinician-founded, mission-driven community focused on expanding access to care, with ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; submission of documentation for the highest level of education obtained is required.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management.
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
- Collect over-the-counter payments and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly.
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
