About The Position

The Patient Service Representative is primarily responsible for greeting, instructing, and directing patients; answering phones; and scheduling patients. The role serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.

The position is with CarolinaEast Health System, which provides inpatient and outpatient care across the Coastal Carolina region through its medical center and physician practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Word processing and computer experience.
• Previous experience in a healthcare medical clinic setting or customer service.
