About The Position

The Foehr Group is hiring a Patient Service Representative for its dental team in Bloomington, Illinois. The representative is one of the first people patients encounter and helps keep the office running smoothly by welcoming patients, answering questions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the team in delivering excellent dental care. The role contributes to a warm, welcoming, patient-focused environment and smooth daily office operations. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Dental office experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train a candidate with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the dental field.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive check-in and check-out experience.
Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions and requests.
Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized schedule.
Assist with patient treatment plan follow-up and financial arrangements.
Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks.
