About The Position

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKING), friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team at West Jordan Pediatrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with children and families, and excels at staying organized while multitasking. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and genuinely compassionate. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, the Patient Service Representative plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position works closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure each patient receives exceptional care. Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy clinical setting
  • Proficient typing and basic computer skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical office preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, especially in a healthcare or pediatric setting, is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments according to clinic guidelines and provider availability
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, providers, and staff regarding appointments and patient needs
  • Accurately collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information
  • Support overall front office operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
