About The Position

This role is at a Rural Health Clinic specializing in Primary Care, located in Centerville, TN. The schedule is Days and PRN (as needed).

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep our clinical team and patients perfectly in sync.
• Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
• Maintain the heartbeat of the office by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing the essential clerical support that keeps our environment organized and welcoming.
