About The Position

The Mother/Baby Patient Service Rep collaborates with unit leadership, coordinates the daily operations of the nursing station, and maintains awareness of unit operations and potential issues. The role supports the efficient flow of patients, visitors, staff, and information in the patient care area. It provides direct clerical and administrative support to the patient care department and collaborates with other departments as needed to help maintain smooth unit operations. The Patient Service Rep proactively demonstrates customer service and hospitality practices to foster a healing and compassionate environment for inpatient and outpatient customers. The position follows a day/night rotation and is scheduled for 72 hours biweekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in a related field or specialty practice preferred.
