Patient Scheduling Representative - Float

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative – Float to schedule patients’ medical appointments, create and maintain patient records, and manage visit prior authorization and referral requirements. Requirements
- 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred
- Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
- Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
- Previous experience with answering phones, greeting clients and customers in person Preferred
