About The Position
The Outpatient Scheduler coordinates and schedules outpatient radiology and imaging services while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient patient access. The position serves as a liaison between patients, provider offices, registration staff, and imaging departments to facilitate accurate scheduling, timely communication, and proper exam preparation. Requirements
- Education that meets the certification, license, or registration requirement.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of customer service experience for Grace Clinic A16.
- One year of medical scheduling or receptionist experience.
