About The Position
The Patient Safety Companion remains with a patient throughout a designated period to help maintain the patient's safety, including preventing falls, wandering, or disruptions of patient care.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Successful completion of Onslow Memorial Hospital's Organizational Safety Companion training course; training will be offered by the hospital.
Nice To Haves
- One year of work experience preferred.
