About The Position

Envita Medical Center is hiring a full-time, on-site Patient Relations Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role combines patient education, relationship-building, consultative enrollment, appointment booking, and follow-through to help prospective patients understand Envita’s care approach and prepare for appropriate next steps. The coordinator works with patients and families navigating consequential medical decisions, communicates approved information about the care journey, and helps address practical barriers while respecting patient choice and clinical boundaries. The coordinator owns assigned patient inquiries and scheduled conversations, conducts outreach and follow-ups, guides qualified patients toward suitable education sessions, consultations, and bookings, and supports continuity after booking through coordination with Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) and other teams. The position requires accurate and timely Salesforce documentation, confidentiality, dependable handoffs, and responsiveness to changing patient needs. Clinical questions must be directed to qualified clinicians; the role does not require clinical licensure. Success is measured through patient communication quality, responsiveness, follow-up, appropriate booking progression, documentation, readiness support, and reliable team coordination. The stated minimums include at least 12 hours per week of direct patient calls with a full assigned caseload and follow-up within 24–48 hours after consultations or treatment-planning discussions, unless an exception is documented. Other performance targets require manager-approved baselines. The role involves occasional scheduled later-hour or weekend coverage when operationally required.
