About The Position

This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim and support timely reimbursement. The representative provides customer service and administrative support to patients, families, visitors, OhioHealth physicians, and associates across Patient Access areas. Registration may take place by phone, virtually, face to face, at the bedside, or offsite. Depending on the care site, the role may also include visitor credentialing and wayfinding assistance.
