About The Position
The Patient Observer Per Diem maintains a safe environment and documents observations on the Special Observation Record in accordance with the patient’s age, growth and development, and orders. The role collaborates with the RN regarding relevant aspects of care the observer is expected to perform, develops and maintains human relation skills, and participates in education and development.
Requirements
- Maturity to maintain confidentiality and comport oneself professionally, with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent observation skills.
