Patient Navigators partner with the Care Team to help patients grow their families, working hand-in-hand with the nursing team to provide patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Passion for Reproductive Healthcare
• Exceptional Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manger
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
• Scheduling appointments
