As part of our rapidly growing team, you’ll help innovate fertility care and transform the patient experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for Reproductive Healthcare
- Exceptional Communication Skills
Responsibilities
- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans
- Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
- Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
- Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manger
- Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
- Scheduling appointments
