Patient Navigator
About The Position
Spring Fertility is a growing fertility group focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and individualized, compassionate patient care. Patient Navigators partner with the Care Team and work closely with the nursing team to give patients the information they need to approach treatment cycles with confidence. They help simplify complex processes and support a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management. This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite role requiring early hours and rotational weekend and holiday work. The starting salary range is $26–$30 per hour, based on factors including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, certifications, and degrees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Passion for reproductive healthcare.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
- Facilitate, track, and document the completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop trust and positive rapport with new patients.
- Explain complex medical processes and terms in an understandable way.
- Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
- Schedule appointments.
