About The Position

Join Emplify by Gundersen as a Patient Liaison! Are you passionate about making meaningful connections and creating positive experiences for patients? This role blends customer service with purpose, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey and providing assistance across all primary care and specialty departments at the Tomah clinic. This is a part-time position with .8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE by creating exceptional first and last impressions for every patient
• Provide top-tier customer service through phone, in-person, and digital interactions
• Collaborate with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow
• Be a key part of a team that values empathy, efficiency, and excellence
