About The Position

Prenuvo is hiring a Per Diem Patient Liaison for its on-site Redwood City clinic. The Patient Liaison serves as a welcoming, professional point of contact for patients and visitors, supporting a positive clinic experience through front-desk service, patient registration, scheduling, and coordination with clinical staff. This per diem role has no guaranteed weekly hours and provides coverage for staff absences, such as illness or vacation. The clinic may be open up to seven days a week, so availability for varied hours—including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends—may be needed. The position is not benefits eligible. The ideal candidate lives within a 45-minute drive of the clinic. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. The role involves standing for extended periods. Depending on shift length, employees receive a paid 15-minute sitting break after more than four consecutive hours of standing and a second paid 15-minute sitting break if the shift exceeds 10 hours. These breaks are supplemental to applicable state-mandated meal and rest breaks. Prenuvo describes its mission as advancing proactive healthcare through whole-body MRI scanning and patient-centered clinic experiences. Its stated values are being Pioneers, Platform-Builders, and Patients. The hourly wage range is $25–$28 in local currency, depending on experience. Successful candidates undergo a background check in compliance with applicable rules.
